目的采用顶空气相色谱法测定甲钴胺中的基因毒性杂质。方法采用CP-Sil 8 CB毛细管色谱柱(30 m×0. 25 mm,0. 5μm),程序升温(起始温度40℃、维持6 min,以60℃·min-1升温至200℃、维持3 min),顶空瓶平衡温度70℃,平衡时间60 min。结果回归方程为:Y=-7. 813×10~(-4)X+5. 4×10-4(r=0. 9996),平均回收率为101. 8%,RSD=2. 87%。结论所用方法专属性强、准确、灵敏,可用于甲钴胺中基因毒性杂质的检测。
