1-磷酸鞘氨醇(S1P)与G蛋白偶联受体结合形成S1PRs,对多种细胞过程如细胞增殖、凋亡、迁移、血管生成等进行调节,发挥多种生物活性。S1PRs的表达以及相关酶表达水平的变化将导致S1P水平的改变,从而在肿瘤发生发展过程中发挥重要的作用。不同S1PRs受体亚型间的协同作用,以及S1P/S1PRs信号通路和其他信号通路间的关联,也是肿瘤发生发展机制的重要研究内容。现综述了国内外近年来对S1PRs受体的研究进展,并展望其作为肿瘤治疗新靶点的前景。
