有机金属框架在药物传递系统中的应用

有机金属框架具有多孔性、大的比表面积、不饱和金属配位点、结构多样性及制备简单等多方面的优点,作为药物载体具有高载药量和可控的释药方式,被认为是理想的载体。现查阅相关文献,综述了有机金属框架在药物传递系统方面的应用。
