丹参酮ⅡA在抗肿瘤治疗中的新进展

中文摘要
丹参酮ⅡA为丹参提取的菲醌类衍生物中的一种,是临床上治疗心血管疾病的主要药物。丹参酮ⅡA对肿瘤具有杀伤作用,能诱导肿瘤细胞分化、凋亡、自噬,抑制肿瘤新生血管生形成和肿瘤的转移,还可起到增敏化疗、逆转化疗耐药的作用,在增敏放疗方面前景广阔。其作用机制可能与抑制肿瘤细胞的DNA合成、干扰细胞有丝分裂、抑制抗凋亡蛋白生成、激活多种凋亡、自噬信号通路相关。
