有序介孔材料SBA-15提高难溶性药物吡咯昔康溶出度的研究

目的采用与介孔材料复合的方式提高难溶性药物吡咯昔康的溶出度。方法通过X射线衍射、氮气吸附-脱附曲线、热分析及溶出度实验,观察吡咯昔康负载到SBA-15的表面情况。结果吡咯昔康溶解后自组装在介孔材料SBA-15的表面,紫外吸收与热重分析表明负载量为17%;X射线衍射、氮气吸附-脱附曲线、热分析及溶出度实验表明:吡咯昔康以极小非晶的形式负载在SBA-15的表面,负载后吡咯昔康的溶出度提高了144%。结论本研究为提高难溶性药物的溶出度提供了一条新途径。
