消旋Schinzer酮合成工艺的改进

目的优化还原产率,积累消旋Schinzer酮,为埃坡霉素(Epothilones)的全合成打下基础。方法消旋原料β羟基酯经LiAlH4还原,选择性丙叉保护和Dess-Martin氧化三步,得到消旋的Schinzer酮。结果与结论筛选还原条件,与文献类似物的还原相比,收率更高,试剂相对廉价。
