构建大学发展潜力评价指标体系的思考

目前大学排行主要基于资源基础理论,而一流大学已经应用动态能力理论,整合并创造机制、条件与资源,发挥潜能,以造就竞争优势,得到持续发展。然而,动态能力理论的应用还不足,因为大学具备竞争优势及发展能力,并不等于发展路线的正确。基于量子理论,未来大学应该是为了共同发展、共同创造和共同成长而战略化、实力化的大学,这些大学在全球范围内协作,共同为人类服务。因此,有必要进行"大学发展潜力分析及评估"的研究,在完善现有大学排名方法及理论的基础上,建立新标准,以利于大学在新世纪发挥个体的潜能与发掘协同增效化带来的潜力,成为符合未来世界要求的大学。
