Objective:The aim of this study is to investigate the demineralization effects of several beverages on bovine enamel.Meth- ods:The concentration of calcium and phosphate in these beverageswere measured by using EL312e Micro-Plate after the bovine enamel was exposed to beveragesfor a period of 7 days.Results:The data indicated that almost all of these beverages could cause demineralization of bovine enamel, except mineral water, and the concentration of calcium and phosphate in these beverages changed after the bovine enamel was exposed to beverages.
