中文摘要

为了实现光学设计软件和有限元分析软件间数据的相互通信,本文给出了光机系统集成分析中光机间数据的处理及转换算法。用Zernike多项式作为接口工具,在研究Zernike拟合算法的基础上编制了可视化光机接口程序,并介绍了该程序各模块的功能。以一望远镜反射镜面为对象,进行了光机集成分析,结果表明了该光机接口程序的高效性和通用性。

英文摘要

In order to make data communicate mutully between optical software and FEA software,data processing and transformation algorithm between optical and mechanical analyses were given in optical-mechanical system. Zernike polynomials were used as interface tools. On the basis of the study on Zernike fitting process, a visual optical-mechanical interface process was developed. All functions in the program were explained. A reflect mirror in the telescope was taken as example. The optical/mechanical analysis was made at last. The results proved the effective and extensive performance of the interface program.
