目的 探索脉冲Nd:YAG激光结合氟化钠使用的防龋机制。方法 选择24颗健康离体人恒前磨牙制成牙釉质标本。扫描电镜(SEM)、电子探针分别观察和分析激光加氟化钠组、激光组、氟化钠组、空白组(不处理)牙釉质表面超微结构及牙釉质内部氟离子分布水平。结果 ①SEM观察:激光加氟化钠组牙釉质表面玷污物全部去除,并呈部分熔融状和空泡状改变;牙釉质表面散在分布着细小的白色颗粒;熔融灶、裂纹、微孔呈白色高度阻射。 ②电子探针分析:激光加氟化钠组中氟离子平均重量百分比值增加明显,5μm处氟离子平均重量百分比值最高,明显高于空白组、激光组和氟化钠组(P

英文摘要

Objective To investigate the effect of pulse Nd:YAG laser combined with NaF on caries resistance of human enamelin vitro.Methods 24 caries-free, constant premolares were cut into enamel mass. Surface ultrastructure and fluoride distribution of enamel in laser-NaFtreated group, lasertreated group, NaFtreated group and control groupwere observed by scan- ning electron microscope (SEM) and electron probe microanalyzer.Results ①SEMobservation: In laser-NaFtreated group, the smear layer was almost removed, the enamel surface showed partially melted-like and bubble-like appearance, diffuse white-small particles distributed on enamel surface, and melted position, microcrack and microhole appeared whitely blocking-reflection. ②Electron probe microanalyzer analysis: In enamel samples, the highest average Ci of F-and the hightest depth which F-en- tered in enamel were recorded in the laser-NaF treated group.
