Objective To investigate the relationship of vascular endothelial growth factor c(VEGF-C) and induced nitride ox- ide synthesizase(iNOS) expression in lymph node micrometastasis of oral squamous cell carcinoma.Methods Samples were ob- tained from 47 cases of oral squamous cell carcinoma and 15 caseswith normal oral mucosa, VEGF-C and iNOSmRNA expression were detected by RT-PCR method.
