目的 采用不同制作方法制备根管桩并以不同粘接材料粘接于根管内,测量并比较桩固位力的差别,为临床上选择获得桩最大固位力的制作方法和粘接剂提供依据。方法 将完整的人上前牙90颗分为间接法、直接法、预成桩3组,每组设平行3组,分别于釉牙骨质界处水平截断,并机械预备根管,然后包埋在塑料圈内,用万能实验机测量并记录桩脱位时所受的拉力。结果 预成桩和直接桩的固位力明显高于间接桩的固位力(P0·05);Parapost cement的固位力明显高于HY-Bond和磷酸锌粘固剂的固位力(P0·05)。结论 不同制作方法及不同粘接剂对桩的固位力有显著性影响,且两者之间有相互作用。
英文摘要
Objective This study was to compare the retention of posts fabricated by differentmethods and cementedwith var- ious cements in order to provide a guidance for clinical choice of post fabrication methods and luting cements.Methods Ninety human maxillary anteriorteethwere sectioned by the cementoenamel junction and post-holeswere prepared. All rootswere embed- ded in the center of plastic cylinders and paralleled with the cylinder. All sampleswere divided into 9 groups randomly and equal- ly. Posts fabricated with different methods were then cemented with different luting cements. Each sample was placed into a spe- cialized jig and mounted on a tensile testing machine with crosshead speed of 5 mm/min. Constant tensile force was applied until the post was dislodged, and the tensile force required to dislodge the cemented post was recorded.Results The mean retention force of parapost and direct post demonstrated significantly higher than that of indirect post did (P0·05). The mean retention of parapost cement demonstrated significantly higher than that of ZPC andHY-Bond cement did (P0·05).Conclusion Different fabrication methods and luting cements significantly affect the retention of posts; and there exists an interaction between different fabricating methods and luting cements.
