【摘要】目的评价简化版痤疮特异性生活质量调查问卷（Acne-Qol-19)在四川地区汉族人群中的信度和效度。方法对264例痤疮患者进行Acne-Qol-19问卷调查，采用内部一致性分析、分半信度、内容效度、准则效度及因子分析来评估Acne-Qol-19的信度和效度。结果 Acne-Qol-19量表的克朗巴赫系数（Cronbach's α ）为0.953，斯皮尔曼（Spearman-Brown）分半信度为0.902；经专家评定，量表的内容效度较好；Acne-Qol-19与Cardiff痤疮伤残指数（CADI）之间的相关系数为－0.745，P P 均＜0.01。结论 Acne-Qo-19量表具有良好的信度和效度,可作为我国四川地区汉族人群痤疮患者生活质量评价的专用量表。

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the reliability and validity of a simplified version of acne-specific quality of life (Acne-Qol-19) instrument in Han populations in Sichuan province. Methods Acne-Qol-19 was administered to 264 acne patients. Internal consistency, split-half reliability, content validity, criterion validity and construct validity (factor analysis) of Acne-Qol-19 were assessed. Results The Acne-Qol-19 obtained a Cronbach's α of 0.953 and split-half reliability of 0.902 (Spearman-Brown). Its content validity was well confirmed by dermatologists.
