摘要:为了配制抗盐冻的道路混凝土,自行配制内掺型抗盐冻外加剂(简称ASN),并参照CDF混凝土抗盐冻试验方法,研究掺入该外加剂混凝土的抗盐冻性能。结果表明:掺入ASN型抗盐冻外加剂后,普通混凝土剥蚀量降低了56%,相对动弹性模量损失率降低了68%;高性能混凝土剥蚀量降低了75%,相对动弹性模量损失率降低了42%。混凝土表面无明显剥蚀痕迹,经SEM观察,混凝土微观结构比较密实,没有明显的微裂缝出现。ASN型抗盐冻外加剂提高了道路混凝土的抗盐冻性能。

Abstract: In order to prepare the pavement concrete with freeze-deicing salt resistance, the freeze-deicing salt resistant agent (ASN) was researched and developed. According to the CDF test method, the freeze-deicing salt resistance of the pavement concrete with ASN agent was studied. The results showed that the scaled mass of ordinary performance concrete decreased by 56%, the dynamic modulus of elasticity loss rate decreased by 68% and the scaled mass of high performance concrete decreased by 75%, the dynamic modulus of elasticity loss rate decreased by 42% after 56 cycles due to the freeze-deicing salt resistant agent added into the concrete. Scaling mark on the concrete surface was hardly detected. SEM demonstrated that microstructure of concrete was dense and micro-cracks did not occur. So the ASN agent can greatly improve the pavement concrete in freeze-deicing salt resistance.
