南水北调中线干渠控制运行将主要采用下游常水位运行方式,但该运行方式与以需求型为主的下游运行概念相结合时,渠道系统响应和恢复特性较差。根据渠系下游实时水量需求进行流量主动补偿,同时利用渠池实时目标水位进行反馈控制,使渠系在流量主动补偿作用下实现下游常水位运行;结合渠道水力学特性建立该运行方式下的渠系运行控制数学模型,并以南水北调中线工程京石应急渠段作为典型渠系进行了计算机仿真。结果表明,采用新的运行控制方式,渠道系统获得了较好的响应和恢复特性,有效地解决了传统下游常水位运行方式与需求型运行概念兼容性差的问题。

英文摘要

The constant downstream depth method of operation will be used by the middle route of the South-to North water diversion project, but the canal system operated by this method has a bad response and recovery property when combined with the downstream operation concept which is a demand-oriented operation. Combining discharge active compensation according to the real time downstream water demand and feedback control of the real time target water level, a new canal system operation method of constant downstream depth is designed. Based on canal hydraulics characteristics, a mathematical model of canal system operated by this method is constituted. As an example, the simulation of automatic operation of the emergency sector of the South to North water diversion project is carried out and the results show that the operation of this new method has a good response and recovery property,thus overcome the incompatible problem between the traditional constant downstream depth method and demand oriented operation concept.
