中文摘要

为研究钻机气控盘式刹车系统的制动特性,运用变质量气体热力学原理和动力学理论建立了气控盘式刹车制动过程的数学模型。基于该模型,利用AMESim对制动过程进行仿真研究,并通过试验验证该数学模型。结果表明,所建立的数学模型能够较为准确地反映出加压制动过程中制动气压变化规律,即制动气压在突然加载时整体变化趋势是先快速增大,出现拐点后再缓慢增大的特性,气控刹车系统制动和松刹的响应时间分别约为0.5s和0.3s;点制动控制能取得较好的速度控制效果。

英文摘要

A mathematical model was established to study the brake characteristic of pneumatic disc brake based on the quality-alterable air’s thermodynamics and dynamic law. Based on the model, the braking were processes simulated by AMESim and learnt by experimentations. The result indicated that the model was accurate to reflect the braking pressure. After the braking pressure passing the flex point at the end of abruptly jump, it will increase slowly to goal. The responding time of pressure stroke and exhaust stroke are about 0.5s and 0.3s respectively. The pneumatic disc brake could meet the requirements of drill speed and bit weight fine regulation by rational control strategy. The model can also provide a valid theoretical basis for design and technical transformation of the pneumatic disc brake.
