中文摘要

航空发动机点火系统的火花能量对飞机发动机可靠的点火、传焰和燃烧是至关重要的参数。本系统采用示波器法测试原理,在不影响系统电路正常工作状态的情况下利用示波器一次同时捕捉打火瞬间点火器的放电电压和电流波形,从中计算出点火器放电效率等点火系统研究与设计的重要参数。在实际测试过程中发现,由于点火系统产生的强电磁干扰(瞬态电压3~4KV,电流13KA),造成测试结果失真,无法完成正常测试。通过对该自动测量系统的电磁兼容性进行相关研究与实验,分别从干扰源、干扰路径、受扰设备三个方面进行了EMC分析,并提出一系列行之有效的措施,提升了系统的工作可靠性和EMC能力。本研究对解决强电磁场干扰环境下测试系统抗干扰能力提高有参考价值。

英文摘要

The aviation igniter spark energy is an important parameter to the reliable firing, conveying and combustion. This system use “oscillograph test method” to measure the discharge current and voltage simultaneously and efficiency without affecting the system’s working condition. In the course of practical test, the value is distorted resulting from the EMI (the transient voltage 3~4KV,current 13KA) which generated by the ignition system. Through the research from the source of interference, the interference path, the interfered equipment three aspects and practice of the EMC of the system, proposed a series of effective measures to improve the EMC ability of the system. The research is worthwhile to resolve the system’s EMC ability which is under powerfull electromagnetic interference.
