中文摘要

为了确定压力容器的失效与安全程度,在精确评定的基础之上,提出了一种模糊评定方法。针对压力容器的平面缺陷的塑性与断裂评定,将评定点与通用失效评定曲线(FAC)的最小距离,转化为模糊程度因子,并根据模糊评定的隶属度,建立模糊评定模型,从而得出压力容器平面缺陷的失效与安全程度。进而采用综合评定方法可对容器的整体缺陷的失效与安全程度进行评定。该评定方法的结果直观、准确、可靠,也可以用于类似对象的评定与控制。

英文摘要

In order to confirm danger and security degree of pressure vessel, fuzzy assessment was put forward. Aimed to plastic collapse and fracture assessment of a plane defect of pressure vessel, the least distance ,between assessment dot and failure assessment curve (FAC), was translated into fuzzy degree gene. According to membership grade of the fuzzy assessment, fuzzy assessment model was established, and could be used to confirm the plane defect degree of danger and security. The whole vessel’s defects degree of danger and security were given by an integrated method. The method is intuitionistic, exact and reliable, and also could be applied to other analogous systems.
