为了提高Fe-Mn阻尼合金的抗腐蚀性能,在Fe-Mn二元合金中加入一定量的Cr元素,采用倒扭摆法测试Fe-19Mn,Fe-17Mn-2Cr和Fe-16Mn-6Cr三种合金的阻尼性能,采用失重法测试合金在3%NaCl溶液中的耐腐蚀性能,采用OLYMPUS显微镜分析合金的微观组织。结果表明,在0.5×10-4~5.5×10-4的扭转应变振幅范围内,三种合金的阻尼性能随应变振幅的变化趋势一致,呈现近似线形增加;Fe-19Mn合金阻尼性能高于Fe-17Mn-2Cr和Fe-16Mn-6Cr,而后两种合金阻尼性能相当

In order to improve the corrosive properties of Fe-Mn alloys, Cr was added to the Fe-Mn alloys. The damping properties of Fe-19Mn, Fe-17Mn-2Cr and Fe-16Mn-6Cr alloys were measured using reversal torsion pendulum. The corrosive properties were tested using loss-in-weight method in 3%NaCl solution and the microstructures were observed using OLYMPUS microscope. The result indicated that when torsional strain amplitude changes from 0.5×10-4 to 5.5×10-4, the variation tendency of the three alloys all increases linearly. The damping capacity of Fe-19Mn alloy is better than Fe-17Mn-2Cr and Fe-16Mn-6Cr,both of whose damping capacity are almost the same. The addition of Cr can enhance the corrosive properties of Fe-Mn alloys to some extent.
