中文摘要

建立组合式的完整颈椎段三维有限元模型,进行生物力学分析。利用高度集成的三维图像处理软件MIMICS对CT图片进行预处理,导入大型有限元分析软件ABAQUS中三维重建后得到较为精细的三维有限元实体。颈椎段三维有限元整体模型包括节点35089个,壳单元21894个,4面体单元109746个,弹簧单元226个。模型较精确地模拟了颈椎的椎体,关节面,椎间盘,连接韧带。并针对下颈椎段的3种基本生理状态(轴向压缩,前屈,后伸)进行了有限元分析,并与实验数据及现有同类有限元模型的分析结果进行了比较,验证了模型的合理性。从模型的精细程度和计算结果的准确程度来看,该模型可以较好地模拟退行性颈椎的生物力学特性。

英文摘要

In order to build a new knockdown 3D finite element model of total cervical spine, to evaluate the finite element analysis ability of the model under physiological load vectors, the CT images were pretreated in the MIMICS software, and the data were imported ABAQUS software for 3D reconstruction. A three dimensional (3D) finite element (FE) model of the human total cervical spine, consisting of 35089 nodes ,21894 shell elements, 109746 tetrahedral elements, and 226 spring elements,was developed to model.The model was the bony vertebrae, articulating facets, intervertebral disc, and associated ligaments, validated against the published data under three load configurations: axial compression, flexion,and extension.
