The problem of the Reasonable allocation of water resources to region is how to determine weights of evaluation indexes with reason, and how to effectively deal with fuzziness and randomness existing in the allocation process of region water resources, which can reflect the principles of efficiency, equity, difference and sustaining development. In order to solue this problem, a fuzzy pattern recognition model based on information entropy principle was proposed. The model was coupled in the improved fuzzy analytic hierarchy process based on accelerating genetic algorithm, which formed a new model, named EFPR-FAHP for allocation of water resources to region. The result showed that as a general allocation method for regional water resources with distinct concept of mathematics and physics, EFPR-FAHP is concise and general, its computation result is objective and reasonable, so it can be widely applied in many management of regional water resources and environment.
