用SMC晶须增强高密度聚乙烯制备出一种新型复合材料(WPE),对WPE材料进行了拉伸、弯曲及压缩蠕变研究,并采用一种线性外推的方法来处理蠕变数据,拟合得到实验温度下的材料失效时间与蠕变强度关系式。在分析检查井各受力部位的应力状况基础上,结合时温等效原理对WPE塑料检查井的寿命进行了预测。结果表明:处理材料非线性蠕变数据的外推方法适于预测WPE检查井长期工作性能,计算显示检查井在使用31.42 a后达到其允许应变,说明用SMC改性高密度聚乙烯材料制备的检查井是可靠的。
英文摘要
The SMC whisker was used to reinforce high density polyethylene(HDPE) to prepare a new composite material, and the creep performances of WPE were studied by the tensile, flexural and compressional creep experiments. The formulas on the relation of the failure time with the ultimate strength were fitted by a suitable linear extrapolation method. The failure time of WPE monitoring well was predicted based on the time temperature equivalence principle and the stress acting on well sections. The results showed that the linear extrapolation method is suit to predict the long term deformations of monitoring well. The monitoring well made of SMC whisker reinforced HDPE is reliable because the calculation results indicated that strain can reach to the permissible value in 31.42 year.
