异构网络性能分析研究中,基站和用户分布大多数是平面分布模型,其拓扑结构不适用于建筑物密集的超密度网络场景;同时,垂直维度上的窃听者直接影响异构网络物理层安全性;针对此问题,作者调整了基站天线的垂直维度,通过倾斜、基站与用户的空间分布得到合法用户和窃听者的信干噪比表达式、累积分布函数,对异构网络的物理层安全性能进行了分析。在立体异构网络下行传输链路中增加对基站天线垂直维度的调整,给出了增加基站天线倾斜角变量后合法用户以及窃听用户的信干噪比表达式;并且根据基站和用户的空间随机泊松点过程分布,推导出合法用户和窃听用户的信干噪比累积分布函数,利用此累积分布函数得到系统的平均安全速率闭合表达式。仿真结果验证了微基站密度、下倾角和平均安全速率函数关系闭合表达式的正确性,验证了通过调整垂直下倾角提高物理层安全性能的可行性,并能够得到具体场景的基站密度比。

英文摘要

In the previous research on performance analysis of heterogeneous network, the distributions of base stations (BSs) and users are usually modeled as the horizontal distributions, which are not suitable for hyper-density network surrounded by dense buildings. Meanwhile, the physical layer security of the heterogeneous network is directly affected by the eavesdroppers on the vertical dimension. To address this problem, the vertical dimension of the base station antenna was adjusted, the signal-to-interference-plus-noise ratio (SINR) and the cumulative distribution function (CDF) of legitimate users and eavesdroppers was obtained by using the tilt angle, the spatial distribution of base stations and users, and the physical layer security performance of heterogeneous network was analyzed. An adjustment in three-dimensional heterogeneous network was proposed that the vertical dimension of the base station full dimension antenna is controlled.The SINR of the legitimate users and the eavesdroppers with the tilt angle of the BS antenna available were formulated, and the cumulative distribution functions of SINR were deduced according to spatial random Poisson point process distribution of the BSs and the users. Finally, the closed expressions of average secret rates of the heterogeneous network were obtained. The simulation results validated the correctness of the closed expression among the density of the small cells, the down tilt angles and the average security rates. The feasibility of the physical layer security can be improved by adjusting the vertical tilt angle. Meanwhile the reasonability of the distribution of small cells was validated.
