Based on experimental study, through the analysis of composite beam’s the second molding and the second stage force,and considering the ownlinearity of material,nonlinear finite element program for steel fiber reinforced concrete(SFSC) composite beams was compiled with Viusal-Fortran language. By using the program, the entire failing process of the steel fiber reinforced concrete(SFSC) composite beams was simulated from initial loading, cracking, yielding to failing. The stimulation results corresponded well to the experiment results by contrast calculation results with experimental results. Meanwhile,the mechanical behavior of steel fiber reinforced concrete(SFSC) composite beam after the introduction of steel fiber was studied.The results indicated that steel fiber can remarkably resist crack propagation extent with the increment of the steel fiber content, and it can reduce the phenomenon of tensile steel stress increasing rapidly for composite beam. Finally, by constructing DXF format graphics conversion file, the program can partially realize computer simulation for entire failing process of fiber reinforce concrete composite beam.
