中文摘要

为了获得良好的啮合性能,无侧隙双滚子包络环面蜗杆设计参数的选择是一个复杂而困难的问题。针对这一问题,建立了此蜗杆传动的一界、二界限曲线以及润滑角度和诱导法曲率方程;提出了一种在保证蜗杆刚度和强度的条件下,基于润滑角度和诱导法曲率等方程并利用道森(Dosen)公式建立多目标蜗杆优化设计函数的方法。根据优化函数的特点选用遗传算法对方程进行求解,得出了一组合理的优化设计参数,分析表明该组设计参数具有良好的啮合性能和润滑性能.该研究结果表明这种方法的有效性与可行性,且解决了无侧隙双滚子包络环面蜗杆设计参数尤其是滚子安装参数的优化选择问题,为进一步对该蜗杆的设计加工等研究提供了科学选择参数的方法, 在推动该新型蜗杆的开发与研究方面具有重要意义。

英文摘要

It was difficult and complex to choice the design parameters of the non-backlash double-roller enveloping hourglass worm for the acquisition of the best engagement performance. Aiming at this question, the formulas of contacting parameters which included induced normal curvature, lubrication angle, rotation angle and relatively entrainment velocity were derived. A new multi-object parameter optimazition method was presented using the formula of Dosen to create the optimization equation based on the rotation angle and relatively entrainment velocity. Based on its characters, the equation was solved using the genetic algorithm .The result of analysis proved that the method was effective and possible and the parameters can acquire the best engagement performance. The problem of choice the parameters was solved through the studies which provided a new method to choice the best parameters for design and manufacture the non-backlash double-roller enveloping hourglass worm.
