中文摘要

为弥补Tennant法不适用流量季节性变化大的河流的不足,采用典型年流量代替多年平均流量,对Tennant法进行改进;同时,给出典型年的选取和分期百分比选取方法。改进后的Tennant法应用到黄河下游花园口、艾山和利津站。应用结果表明,改进后Tennant法求得的流量更好地体现了北方河流流量丰枯的季节性;得到黄河下游3站生态流量标准涵盖了各站各个阶段的流量,此标准可以用来评价各站的生态需水过程水平。为计算黄河下游各站生态需水量提供了较为合理的方法。

英文摘要

In order to supply a gap of Tennant method on salience seasonal flux rivers, the representative year flux was used to replace the multi-year average flux to improve the Tennant method.The method of choosing representative year and percentage were provided. The improved Tennant method was applied to the stations of Yellow River downriver reaches. The result indicated that the improved Tennant method embody the flux seasonal character of rivers in China North. The eco-environmental flux criterion contains all flux levels of the stations, therefore the improved Tennant is able to estimate the eco-environmental water requirement of the stations. The study provided a new and rational method for deciding the ecological water requirement quantity of the stations in the lower reaches of Yellow Rivers.
