中文摘要

如何提高机床夹具设计的效率和质量是计算机辅助工艺装备研究的一个重要问题。在分析机床夹具可重构模块和模块系列规划过程的基础上,提出一种基于公理化设计与设计结构矩阵集成的机床夹具可重构模块化设计方法。该方法以设计过程中的共性单元归并和信息、过程的重用问题为切入点,采用设计结构矩阵建立产品内构件间相互关系,得到合理的模块化夹具产品结构,实现可重构模块拓展变换来实现夹具快速设计。夹具实际实例验证表明,本文设计方法有助于实现机床夹具可重构模块化快速设计,具有较好的应用指导意义。

英文摘要

How to increase the efficiency and the quality of machine tool fixture design is an important research object of computer-aided technology equipment. The reconfigurable modular fixture design integrated of axiomatic design and design structure matrix was provided on the background of planning schedule of reconfigurable fixture modular and modular series. The method emphasized on merging common unit and reusing knowledge and process in fixture design, built relationships between components with design structure matrix so as to construct rational fixture modular structure, and transformed reconfigurable modules to rapidly achieve fixture design. Finally, a case was given to illustrate how to achieve the reconfigurable modular fixture design by the method.
