中文摘要

针对浮选表面气泡运动估计难以兼顾准确度和速度的问题,提出了结合气泡跟踪与相位相关的浮选表面气泡运动估计方法。首先对序列的相邻2帧图像按灰度最小值进行尺度缩小,然后通过阈值分割法提取其气泡高亮区域以完成气泡跟踪,最后采用相位相关法得到气泡平移运动信息。同时提出一种分块相位相关法用于进一步获取各个气泡子区域的运动特征。多组运动估计仿真测试证实了算法的有效性和准确度。铅锌浮选厂的现场实验结果表明,算法能快速地获取气泡运动矢量,分块相位相关法能够提供各子块的运动特征。浮选各槽的气泡运动曲线数据表明:每个浮选槽表面气泡的平移运动均表现出了一定的周期性;同一等级的浮选槽里的气泡平移运动曲线和运动紊乱程度曲线具有类似的分布规律;保持一定程度的气泡运动紊乱性有助于提高精矿的品质。

英文摘要

In order to solve the problem of the hard balance of the accuracy and speed in motion estimation of flotation surface bubbles,a fast motion estimation algorithm combined of bubble tracking and phase correlation technique was proposed.Firstly,the two continuous images in a sequence were preprocessed by zooming out on gray value minimum.Then the high gray value area of each bubble was extracted to complete the bubble tracking based on image segmentation method.Phase correlation was finally used to obtain the motion vectors of the bubbles.Block phase correlation method was further employed to obtain the detailed displacement feature for each block.Simulation results verified the estimation efficiency and accuracy of the proposed algorithm.Experimental results on a lead zinc flotation plant showed that the proposed algorithm can obtain real time motion vectors, and the detailed motion feature of each block can be obtained by the block phase correlation method.The bubbles motion data of each flotation cell showed the following characteristics.The bubble displacement motion of each flotation cell is in a certain cycle.The displacement motion distribution curve and the turbulence degree distribution curve of the same level flotation cell are the similar, and maintaining a certain degree of bubble movement turbulence can improve the grade of concentrate.
