Aiming to the problems that design data is huge, the range of rational blast furnace profile is wide, and the limit is fuzzy, the method to generate the design primal scheme for blast furnace profile is proposed based on case-based reasoning approach. The character attributes of blast furnace profile and its hiberarchy are analyzed, and aiming to the problem that the right weigh is small and the searching efficiency is low relatively when the number of character attributes is big, the Nearest-Neighbor approach is improved by introducing a multilayer dynamic index tactic. The result shows that design scheme of blast furnace profile can be produced intelligently, the veracity and validity of the similar case retrieval can be enhanced, and the design scheme with high comparability and reference for latter design can be provided.
