对于装配式人防外墙结构,接缝部分是抗渗的薄弱环节,为了确定混凝土接头的渗透性能,改进接头设计和施工工艺,克服混凝土接头抗渗试验困难的问题。通过现浇接缝的一半、一个月后再浇筑另一半的方法,制作了梯形和弧形混凝土接缝抗渗试块。然后利用现有的混凝土抗渗试验仪,进行混凝土接缝试块的抗渗性能试验,测定其抗渗等级。试验结果表明:梯形和弧形混凝土接缝的抗渗等级均达到S2级,能够起到一定的抗渗作用;混凝土梯形接缝的抗渗性比弧形接缝略好。试验方法可为相关规范的修订提供依据。

英文摘要

Two kinds of test-blocks on concrete joints of trapezoid and arc were made by the method in which one half of test block was cast firstly, and the other half was cast a month later. Concrete joints impermeability test was carried out using existing test instrument, and impermeability grade of the test blocks was determined. Test result showed that both impermeability grades of concrete joints for trapezoid and arc can arrive at S2, have impermeability effect in some degree; the trapezoid-joint impermeability is slightly better than the arc-joint. The method can be a reference to amendment of correlative criterion.
