中文摘要

作为有效利用再生骨料的方法之一, 从材料性能稳定性方面研究了再生骨料混凝土在钢筋混凝土剪力墙上实际应用的可能性。试验着眼于在有约束的条件下再生骨料混凝土剪力墙上产生的干燥收缩裂缝,利用混凝土表面粘贴式应变片和内部埋藏式应变片,分别对在有约束的条件下再生骨料混凝土剪力墙以及对比用普通混凝土剪力墙进行了干燥收缩应变测试,同时观察了剪力墙表面产生的干燥收缩裂缝情况。试验结果表明,混凝土内部收缩应变明显小于外表面收缩应变,在混凝土内部收缩应变上两者相差不大,但在外表面收缩应变上,普通混凝土的收缩应变要比再生骨料混凝土的应变大,同时,再生骨料混凝土剪力墙的细微裂缝明显比普通混凝土多。

英文摘要

From the point of materials stability, the practical application possibility of recycled aggregate concrete used in reinforced concrete shear wall is investigated, as one of effective methods to use recycled aggregate. The research focuses on the drying-shrinking crack of reinforced recycled concrete shear wall under constraint conditions. Drying-shrinking strains and cracks of reinforced concrete shear wall and common reinforced concrete shear wall were measured with surface bonded strain gauge and internal buried gauge under constraint conditions, respectively. The results reveal that internal shrinkage strain is obviously less than surface shrinkage strain, and there is a little difference of internal strains between reinforced recycled concrete shear wall and common reinforced concrete shear wall. However, shrinkage strain of common reinforced concrete shear wall is higher than reinforced recycled concrete shear wall, while, micro cracks of recycled concrete is obviously higher than common concrete.
