中文摘要

基于多体系统运动理论建立三轴仿真转台系统的误差模型,研究了三轴转台有误差情况下的基本运动规律。针对仿真转台的结构和工作原理,详细的分析了影响转台设备的指向精度和中心位置精度的各项几何误差,并利用仿真的方法比较了这些误差项对转台定向和定位精度的影响效果。此方法也可为仿真实验的误差分配、误差补偿提供理论依据,以提高仿真试验整体精度。

英文摘要

Based on the multi-body system kinematics theory, the error modeling of three-axis simulation turntable is established, and the basic kinematics law of the turntable with error is discussed. According to the structure and principle of turntable, all the turntable assembling errors’ effects on the orientation error and position error of the turntable are analyzed in detail. With the computer simulation, the influence of all error factors on the precision of the turntable’s orientation and location is compared. These researches also can offer reference to error allocation and error probability of the simulation experiment to improve the experimental accuracy.
