中文摘要

综合考虑谐波传动啮合齿廓、弹性变形等因素影响,采用公切线双圆弧齿廓作为谐波传动轮齿齿廓,分别得到基于包络啮合理论、改进运动学啮合理论的精确齿面共轭原理与近似原理,对不同共轭原理的双圆弧齿廓谐波传动的共轭区域、共轭齿廓、运动轨迹及啮合侧隙进行对比分析。研究结果表明:双圆弧齿廓谐波传动存在2个共轭区域,且存在“双共轭”现象。包络啮合理论与基于改进运动学的谐波啮合理论对双圆弧齿廓谐波传动共轭区域、共轭齿廓基本无影响。近似原理对共轭齿廓、啮合完成区域运动轨迹、长轴附近轮齿侧隙影响较小,对共轭区域、啮合初始区域运动轨迹、远离长轴的轮齿侧隙影响较大。

英文摘要

An exact and approximation conjugate principle based on envelope theory and modified kinematic method was presented,respectively,by using the double-circular-arc common tangent tooth profile (DCTP) and considering the effect of the tooth profile and elastic deformation of harmonic drive (HD).The results showed that there exists two conjugate existent domains(CEDs) and dual conjugated phenomenon.The CED and conjugate tooth profile (CTP)calculated based on envelope theory and modified kinematic method perform the similar property.The CTP,the locus of the conjugate completion phase,and the backlash that is near the major axis of wave generator (WG) are slightly influenced while using the approximation conjugate principle.Meanwhile,the CED,the movement trails of the conjugate initial state and the backlash that far from the major axis of (WG) are evidently influenced.
