中文摘要

针对机床热误差建模温度变量多、非线性度高的问题,提出了一种基于投影追踪回归的建立数控机床热误差模型的新方法。与传统的回归建模方法相比,该方法具有模型简单、计算简便的优点。将该方法应用于一台数控车床的实验研究,建立了该车床的热误差模型。实验结果表明,新方法能够大幅提高所建模型的精度及鲁棒性,进而提高机床的加工精度。

英文摘要

Based on projection pursuit regression, a new methodology used to solve the problem of too much thermal points and high non-linear in thermal error modeling was proposed. Compared with the conventional regression methods, the calculation process of the new methodology is much easier. The method was applied to the research of a CNC lathe, and the thermal error model was presented. The experiment result indicated that the new method can significantly improve the accuracy and robustness of thermal error model.
