中文摘要

针对复杂螺旋曲面成形磨砂轮廓形设计中数学理论较为复杂的问题,提出了一种新的数值仿真方法进行复杂螺旋面磨削加工的砂轮廓形设计,其基本原理是通过坐标转换将工件与砂轮的坐标系进行整合,离散处理工件与砂轮面模型,通过数值迭代算法求得砂轮与工件的空间接触迹线3维离散点坐标,进一步通过坐标转换求得砂轮廓形。该方法数学原理简单,易于编程实现,通过与解析方法的计算结果对比,表明其数据精度满足产品设计要求,具有很好的工程应用价值。同时该方法也适用于任意复杂曲面成形磨的砂轮廓形设计。

英文摘要

In order to treat the problems of complex mathematical theory in the design of forming grinding wheel contour for complex spiral curved surface,a new numerical simulation method was proposed by integrating the coordinate system of workpiece and grinding wheel by coordinate transformation,and discretizing the surface model of workpiece and grinding wheel,then figuring out the discrete points’three-dimensional coordinates of space contact tracing line by numerical iterative algorithm,furtherly finding out the grinding wheel contour by coordinate transformation.This method has simple mathematical theory and is easy to program.Comparing with the result of analysis method,the data precision meets the requirements of product design.
