A new throttling configuration of hydrostatic thrust bearing with servo control was proposed.Its flow continuity equation and dynamical equation were established,and the simulation was conducted in MATLAB/Simulink.Compared to the traditional journal bearing based on capillary,the proposed bearing has better performance,such as,good controllability and stability,fast response,high stiffness,and strong resistance under impacts.Therefore,it has the potentials of application on the heavy loading or high speed machinery.
