采用传统固相烧结法和二次烧结工艺制备了xBi(Mg0.5Ti0.5)O3-0.95K0.5Na0.5NbO3-0.05LiSbO3(xBMT-KNN-LS)无铅压电陶瓷,研究了二次烧结工艺对xBMT-KNN-LS陶瓷性能的影响。结果表明:采用传统的陶瓷烧结工艺所得到的性能为压电常数d33=220pC/N、平面机电耦合系数kp=39.6%、介电损耗tan δ=6.38%。而采用二次陶瓷烧结工艺得到的最佳性能为d33=254 pC/N、kp=37.8%、tan δ=4.81%,因此,二次烧结对该体系的压电性能有显著的影响。

英文摘要

The xBi(Mg0.5Ti0.5)O3-0.95K0.5Na0.5NbO3-0.05LiSbO3(xBMT-KNN-LS)lead-free piezoceramics were prepared by traditional solid-state reaction sintering process and second sintering process. The influence of second sintering process on the performance of xBMT-KNN-LS piezoceramics was investigated. The results showed that the best performance of traditional sintering process is d33=220 pC/N,kp= 39.6%,tanδ=6.38%,however,after second sintering the best performance is d33=254 pC/N,kp=37.8%,tanδ=4.81%,thus, second sintering process has significant influence on the piezoelectric properties of xBMT-KNN-LSlead-free piezoceramics.
