The xBi(Mg0.5Ti0.5)O3-0.95K0.5Na0.5NbO3-0.05LiSbO3(xBMT-KNN-LS)lead-free piezoceramics were prepared by traditional solid-state reaction sintering process and second sintering process. The influence of second sintering process on the performance of xBMT-KNN-LS piezoceramics was investigated. The results showed that the best performance of traditional sintering process is d33=220 pC/N,kp= 39.6%,tanδ=6.38%,however,after second sintering the best performance is d33=254 pC/N,kp=37.8%,tanδ=4.81%,thus, second sintering process has significant influence on the piezoelectric properties of xBMT-KNN-LSlead-free piezoceramics.
