中文摘要

针对设计阶段多级齿轮传动系统传动误差快速预测问题,利用切片法快速预测了单级传动误差,再依据多级传动误差计算公式,预测了多级传动的传动误差。并以一台两级升速箱为研究对象,利用编制的传动误差预测程序计算了升速箱整体传动误差,同时通过一套高精度的传动误差测量设备测量了该升速箱的传动误差,对比发现测量数据和预测数据趋势一致,预测数据规律性的大于测量数据。为多级齿轮传动产品设计阶段进行传动误差快速预测提供了一种参考方法。

英文摘要

In order to meet the demand of the fast prediction of ear transmission error in the product design stage, based on the causes of gear transmission error, the slicing method was used for calculating the transmission error of a two stage gearbox. Then through two rotate encoders the transmission error of the gearbox was tested. The trend of the calculated data and the testing data was the same, but the calculated data was larger than the testing data.
