中文摘要

为了模拟缺血梗塞心脏局部受力形变对心血循环系统的实时作用,结合血液循环电路模拟系统,建立缺血变异性心脏和血液循环一体化模型,通过参数传递,仿真二者的交互作用。采用非线性有限元算法模拟左心室各向异性心肌材料特性,对心肌纤维组织微结构进行分层仿真设计,构造缺血性病理变异左心室复合模型。该模型创新性地在心血循环一体化仿真系统中采用心室壁组织纤维微结构模型,将心肌组织微结构特征的区域性变化反映到整体心血循环系统,算法高效实时,具有临床应用价值。该模型应用在缺血性心脏病理的研究中,其仿真结果与医学统计数据相吻合。

英文摘要

An anisotropic left ventricular (LV) model was composed by non-linear finite element method to relate regional ischemic effect of the LV to the global cardiovascular system. Several parameters from LV model were used to drive the circulatory model updating the LV model at each time step. A compound three-dimensional LV model was built to mimic regional myocardial ischemic pathological with myocardial fiber structure built in the element of the LV model. A ventricular wall tissue fiber structure was innovatively applied in the cardiovascular system model. It provided a unique platform for medicine predictions. The validity of the model system was given by the good agreement with statistical data.
