针对API-579标准中只能离散地评估给定的8种标准模态下含点蚀缺陷金属压力管道的剩余强度及其安全性的问题,提出了点蚀面积占有比的概念,分别建立了它与剩余强度因子和剩余壁厚比之间的对应关系,基于此,提出了剩余强度的无缝表征模型。该模型不仅可以表征API-579标准中给定的8种标准模态下含点蚀缺陷的管道的剩余强度,还可以表征任意给定的介于这8种点蚀标准模态下管道的剩余强度以及评价其安全性。该模型为有效预测含点蚀缺陷管道动态剩余寿命提供了可能。

英文摘要

In order to solve the problem that the API-579 can only assess the residual strength and safety of the metal pressure pipeline under one of the given eight modes, the concept of area occupation ratio of pitting was proposed. The corresponding relationship between area occupation ratio of pitting and remaining strength factor and ratio of the remaining wall thickness to the future wall thickness was built respectively. Furthermore, a non-discrete characterization model of residual strength was proposed. The model could be used not only to assess the residual strength but also the safety of the pipeline with pitting corrosion under the eight modes given in API-579 standard. The model made it possible to predict the dynamic remaining life of the pipeline with pitting corrosion.
