中文摘要

采用局部处理方法建立具有中国50th百分位飞行员参数特征的假人胸部有限元模型,按照试验要求对胸部动力学性能进行了仿真分析;最后将仿真结果与试验结果比较分析,结果发现采用简化模型大大缩小了力学模型的求解域和计算模型的规模,提高了计算效率,具有较好的生物拟合性,表明采用有限元法分析假人胸部动力学性能的有效性和可行性。研究对假人其他各部位动力学性能的仿真研究具有一定的指导意义,对假人的结构改进也具有重要的参考价值。

英文摘要

Based on the local treatment method, the finite element model for the dummy’s chest with Chinese 50th percentile pilot parameters was established. And the dynamics performance of the chest was simulated according to the test requirements. Comparisons were made between the results obtained by simulation and tests, which indicated that the solving domain of the mechanical model and the scale of the calculating model are greatly reduced by using the simplified chest model, the calculating proficiency is improved, and the simplified chest model has good anthropopathic integrality. It was found that the simulation method used to analyze the dynamics performance of the dummy’s chest is a valid and correct approach. The research could be a reference to the simulation of the dynamics performances of the dummy’s other parts and the improvement of the dummy’s structures.
