中文摘要

摘要:通过对新型滚切式双边剪的空间剪切机构运动机理和动力学分析,以实现纯滚动剪切为目标,结合对滚切式双边剪结构进行的简化处理,得出以连杆机构为基础的简化模型,建立了连杆机构的动力学模型,编制了相应的函数仿真模块,运用Simulink进行动力学仿真;同时以某大型钢铁有限公司双边剪为依托,通过实验测出剪切过程中承力最大的重要杆件的受力值,对比理论公式和实际值之间的差值,发现结果相差较小,为该剪切机的机构设计、控制原理分析和实际使用提供依据。

英文摘要

abstract: rolling-cut bilateral shear is a kind of shearing structure, which works on both sides of steel plates continuously advancing with rated width. In order to realize pure rolling-cut shearing, through analysis of shearing-cut mechanism in space of a new model of rolling-cut bilateral shear and kinematics, by simplifying rolling-cut bilateral shear which comes out the simplified model based on linkage structure and applying plurality & matrix to the establishment of kinemics model of linkage structure, programming relevant functional simulation module, adopting SIMLINK for simulating the kinematics, all these are provided as a foundation of the design, analysis of control principal, and using in practice of shearing-cut mechanism.
