The decentralized state feedback control was studied for a kind of nonlinear interconnected systems with time-varying delay in both states and inputs. The delay-dependent stabilization sufficient conditions were derived for the whole close-loop fuzzy interconnected systems, by introducing a new Lyapunov functional. The corresponding decentralized fuzzy controller was gotten by using the parallel distribute compensation scheme and solving a set of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). Both the theory analysis and simulation example showed that the interconnected systems are getting stable under the action of the designed controller.
