This paper studied the mechanism of guiding the Internet public opinion based on point centrality in SNA. The arithmetic of guiding public opinion was designed, and the effect of the common methods of guiding public opinion in the Internet through the maximal point centrality in SNA was quantitatively analyzed. Compared the result of the common methods using the data of an event occurred in Tianya forum, the methods were simulated. The advice was proposed to guide the Internet public opinion in all stages of its evolvement. The study is theoretically directive and practically useful.
