中文摘要

用甘氨酸模拟胶原,研究间苯二酚-噁唑烷 E Tanning Matrix的形成以及与胶原之间 的反应特性。通过NMR和激光粒度分析可知间苯二酚-噁唑烷 E生成Tanning Matrix是通 过噁唑烷 E 的C(5)和C(6)与间苯二酚的C(4)或C(6)连接而成,以2︰1或3︰2的摩尔比结 合,以聚集态形式存在。Tanning Matrix与胶原之间的反应是噁唑烷 E的羟甲基与胶原氨基 形成了共价结合,间苯二酚的酚羟基与氨基发生了氢键结合。

英文摘要

The Tanning Matrix can be formed by resorcinol and oxazolidine E, and the reaction properties between Tanning Matrix and collagen has been investigated through NMR and size distribution analysis. The collagen was simulated with glycin. The results have showed that the molar combination ratio of Matrix as congeries between oxazolidine E and resorcinol was 2:1 or 3:2, the reaction positions were C(5) and C(6) of oxazolidine E and C(4) or C(6) of resorcinol. And the hydroxymethyl of oxazolidine E and amino group of collagen bonded with covalent bond, phenol hydroxyl group of resorcinol and amino group of collagen combined with hydrogen bond.
