夯土这种自商代沿用至今的建筑材料,为干旱区多数遗址所广泛采用,然而区域恶劣的气候特征使其逐渐经历着由病害发育到消失殆尽的劣化过程,成为影响遗址安全保存和科学保护领域亟待解决的问题。研究基于对分布于新疆、内蒙、宁夏、甘肃和青海等地上至汉唐时期下至明清时期的6处夯土遗址的建造特征、赋存环境特征和夯土材料的物理、水理和力学性质的系统分析,得出夯土劣化的主要影响因素和表现形式;并通过在实验室内条件下分别掺入不同含量Na2SO4和NaCl并经历干湿循环的夯土重塑样的风洞、崩解、稠度、抗拉和抗压强度测试实验,证明了反复干湿和盐渍耦合作用是夯土发生劣化的重要影响因素;验证了耦合作用对夯土以抗风蚀能力、稠度和抗拉压强度为代表的主要物理、水理和力学性质影响,阐明了其劣化表现形式与性质劣化之间的内在联系。最后结合定性分析和实验研究的结果对夯土在耦合作用发生劣化的机理进行了初步的讨论。

英文摘要

Based on the systematic investigations of the physical properties, hydraulic properties, mechanical properties of rammed earth, material formation features and occurrence environment of six earthern ruins distributed in Xinjiang, Inner Mongolia, Ningxia, Gansu and Qinghai provinces, which were from the Han and Tang Dynasties down to the Ming and Qing Dynasties, the contributing factors and manifestation of the degradation of rammed earth were studied.And then,wind tunnel,disintegration, consistency, tensile and compressive strength experiment in laboratory on remodeling sample which had experienced dry-wet cycle after mixing different content mixing different content of Na2SO4 and NaCl were carried out, and the result showed that the coupling effect of repeated wetting-drying cycle and salinity is an important influencing factor of the degradation, verify the influence of coupling effects on physical properties, hydraulic properties and mechanical properties of rammed earth, which is represented as wind erosion resistance ability, consistency, tensile strength and compressive strength, and elucidate the internal relations between manifestation and properties of degradation of the rammed earth. Finally, the mechanism of rammed earth degradation was discussed wtih combining the results of qualitative analysis and experiment.
