基于可重构原理的组合夹具计算机辅助拼装方法研究

中文摘要

通过分析组合夹具结构是由不同核心组件重构结果的特征,提出将可重构原理引入组合夹具辅助拼装中,开发出了基于可重构核心组件元件库的组合夹具计算机辅助拼装系统。该系统将若干可独立完成各种功能的参数化(固定)的结构形式设为核心组件并构建了组合夹具元件库,提出一种典型路径的存储方法和结构设计组装模块工作流程。组件选择及装配实例表明该系统能较好地完成组合夹具的拼装任务。

英文摘要

This paper developed a CAD system of modular fixture based on reconfigurable core components by lead reconfigurability theory into modular fixture assembly because of the analysis that modular fixture are reconfigured by different core components. This system makes some fixed and parameterized structure, which can fulfill certain functions as core components, and constructed modular fixture components library. Introduce a store method for typical path and a workflow of the construct design module. The application this system has proved that it can finish the task of modular fixture assembly well.
