在阐述平面包络环面蜗杆成型原理基础上,深入分析了虚拟回转中心原理,并应用该原理加工了蜗杆齿面。在THM63100Ⅳ上磨削了平面蜗轮齿面。检测了蜗轮的几何误差,并应用FMT系统测试了蜗轮副的传动误差。通过装配实践,考察了蜗轮副的齿侧间隙和接触斑。结果表明:平面蜗轮精度达5级(GB/T 10089-88);蜗轮副传动平稳;齿侧间隙调整到0.003~0.025mm范围内;接触斑与理论接触区吻合良好。本文的结论是蜗轮和蜗杆齿面均可硬化处理并能用简单方法实现磨削加工,可制造精度高;沿轴向移动调整蜗轮即可实现蜗轮副齿侧间隙的合理调整;钢制变齿厚平面蜗轮传动性能更全面,值得深入研究并广泛推广。

英文摘要

Based on expounding the engagement theory of the planar envelopment hourglass worm, principle of dummy gyration center was analyzed detailedly and applied to machining the worm. The planar wormgear were finishing ground on the THM63100Ⅳ. Machining error of wormgear was tested and transmission error of worm gears was measured by the motion property testing and analysing system(FMT). Bachlash was adjusted and contact marks were observed during assembling. The results of error detection show that the accuracy of wormgear is up to 5 degree in china GB 10095-88 and the worm gears drives smoothly. The results of assembly show that backlash is adjusted successfully in the range of 0.003~0.025mm and contact marks are consistent with theoretical contact zones. It is concluded that the harding teeth surface of planar wormgear and its worm can be ground simply and the backlash of worm gears can be adjusted easily. Research and development of the planar worm gears is valuable.
