本文采用理论与实验相结合的方法对低品位磷矿在原始开车时非定态变浓度(P2O5浓度)酸解动力学进行了研究。根据低品位磷矿反应过程中主体液相磷酸浓度逐步变化的过程,提出了新的非定态酸解动力学模型。实验研究了在323K~358K温度范围内该过程的酸解动力学行为。研究结果表明:系统的反应速率常数和磷矿的酸解率随着温度的升高而逐渐增加;该动力学过程的表观活化能为71.86KJ/mol;指前因子为6.5175×106。实验结果表明所选动力学模型较好地反映了该低品位磷矿变浓度非定态酸解动力学过程,为工艺条件的优化和反应器的设计提供了理论依据。

英文摘要

The digestion kinetics of low-grade phosphate ores in intital operation has been investigated under the non-steady state, where concentration of phosphoric acid is variable. A new model equation is presented according to the concentration variation of phosphoric acid in the bulk liquid phase. The kinetics behavior of the digestion process was studied in the ranges 323K~358K.The obtained results show that rate constant of reaction and the weight fraction of phosphate ores conversion increase with reaction temperature rising. The activation energy has been calculated to be 71.86KJ/mol while the pre-exponential factor is 6.521×106. Comparing with experimental data and theoretical calculating value, it indicates that the model fits the experimental data perfectly. The conclusion may provide theoretical base for optimizing process conditions and devising reactors.
