均匀流作用下悬浮隧道管段水动力参数分析

为研究断面形状对悬浮隧道管段绕流升力系数以及阻力系数的影响,采用RNG k-ε湍流模型,通过ADINA流体模块对8种不同几何形状、高宽比系数的悬浮隧道管段在均匀流作用下的绕流场进行了数值模拟,分析了悬浮隧道管段绕流升力、阻力系数的变化规律。结果表明:管段曲率是影响绕流场的重要参数,减小高宽比系数,采用平缓曲率断面可显著减小绕流升力、阻力系数;具有棱角的方形、长方形断面绕流升力、阻力系数均较大,压力变化复杂,不利于结构稳定;在相同断面面积的条件下,采用多边形断面以及曲边形断面设计可以大大减小绕流升力、阻力。

For exploration of section shape and aspect ratio influencing on hydrodynamic parameters of submerged floating tunnel tubes, flow fields around submerged floating tunnel tubes with eight type cross sections were simulated using renormalization group k-ε turbulence model with ADINA program. The changing rules of lift coefficient and drag coefficient of the submerged floating tunnel tubes were analyzed. It was shown that curvature of tube surface was one important parameter affecting flow field. Lift coefficients and drag coefficients can be reduced obviously with the reduction of aspect ratio and the application of more flat curvature sections. The changes of pressure become more complicated on the square and rectangular sections which were disadvantage to the stability of submerged floating tunnel structure. Lift coefficient and drag coefficient can be reduced obviously with the design of polygonal section and curved section in the condition of the same area.
